Panthers Get A Steel(ers) Toe Boot To The Butt!
Thursday night football was scheduled to be a good matchup between the Carolina Panthers and the Pittsburg Steelers. The Panthers were coming off a huge win over the Tampa Bay Bucs last week, but last night the tables were turned when they faced the Steelers. Big Ben looked like he was playing Madden in his living room while hitting targets with ease and chilling in the pocket. Racking up 5 passing touchdowns and over 300 yards in the air, the Panthers had no chance. On a positive note, Christian McCaffery racked up 138 yards receiving/rushing with 2 touchdowns to boot. The Panthers are still in a solid position as they move more into the latter half of the season, but they have a tough road ahead with the Falcons and the Saints twice at the end of the year. I am predicting the Panthers to finish the year 10-6 overall and finishing 2nd in the NFC South. They will knock off the Lions this upcoming week 28-17. I call it like I see it, if Cam stops shopping at kids gap, they may even squeeze out the win over the Falcons in week 16. Stay tuned in for more news.
