NBA DraftKings Tips for 1/11/19

Welcome back folks! This edition of DraftKings tips will include James Harden again so stay tuned. One team is riddled with injuries and I will dissect that team. Tonight, I will be going with a cash game strategy for this 9-game slate, so let’s get to it!

The Milwaukee Bucks may not have The Greek Freak tonight, Eric Bledsoe, and a few reserves. Kris Middleton will be chalky at $6,900 and Malcolm Brogdon may be as well at $5,700, but I will be going with the latter player. Brogdon is very efficient and averages 28.2 DK points on the year, but you have to believe his usage will go up against the Wizards. I am also going with Brook Lopez at $4,900, I am only looking for a couple threes from him.

Like I said, I am choosing Harden at an insane $12,500…I feel like he will dominate the Cavs, and he may make a statement tonight. Instead of PJ Tucker, I will take Gerald Green at $4,200…He has taken at least 10 3-point shots in 4 of his last 5 games, and that is quite convincing.

Joe Ingles at $5,700 is amazing. Most people will choose Donovan Mitchell, and he will score a lot of points, but Ingles provides a diverse stat-line that will benefit DK owners. He is a triple-double threat like Harden, but a lot cheaper. 

Dario Saric is at $4,500 and there are a lot of unknowns with this Wolves team involving interim Head Coach Ryan Saunders. I believe he wants to create an uptempo offense, and Saric is a perfect fit for that style. He is a stretch 4 who provides a shooting threat, plus he’s very underrated. If he can get a solid 25 minutes tonight, I look for him to exceed EV.

Good luck to everyone out there, I feel like tonight was pretty tough as there are plenty of good matchups like ATL v. PHI, IND v. NY, and BKN v. TOR. Maybe Beal and Harden can help The Sports Chief out tonight.
