NBA DraftKings Tips for 2/1/19

Welcome back! It is Friday and you know what that means?! Free DFS tips! It is a rather small slate, as there are only 5 games being played, but nonetheless…we are here for the people! The season is chugging along as we are past the halfway point and the All-Star break is coming up soon! We are extra pumped about All-Star weekend as Charlotte will be hosting the event! Now let’s get to it.

I mean c’mon…if you don’t pick James Harden you are missing out. He is having a historic season averaging 63.2 DK points a night, and his price is sub $13K at $12,900. Matchup wise, it isn’t bad…he will be going against Monte Morris, Gary Harris, and Will Barton. Regardless, he really should be automatic. 

The Utah Jazz will be my stack of the night. I know…I always do it, but I have to pick against the Hawks. As I have said time and time again, they are the worst defense in the NBA and the Jazz are super pissed Rudy Gobert didn’t get an All-Star bid. With that being said…I have Rudy Gobert at $8,500, Ricky Rubio at $6,100, and Joe Ingles at $5,300. Nothing crazy here, just solid fantasy players. 

My bargain choices of the night are JaMychal Green at $4,500 and Jevon Carter at $3,200. Green will get more run with Jaren Jackson being questionable, and he is a solid scorer at that price. Jevon Carter will be starting for Mike Conley against the Hornets, and I firmly believe he gets to his EV. The guy was a beast at WVU, and I think he will do just fine tonight.
