NBA DraftKings Tips for 2/11/19
Happy Monday and welcome back! Today we have a 9-game slate that will not disappoint you viewers of The Sports Chief. Not only are we going to give you free tips, but think of it as free money. That’s what we do here. Nothing but green today, so get ready!
At 7PM tonight, the New York Knicks will be going up against the Cleveland Cavaliers in a contest to see who can tank the most. I honestly love this matchup in terms of fantasy value. The Knicks are pretty thin in terms of depth, and I will be drinking from the Dennis Smith Jr. well again. Since his days at NC State, I thought the guy was a stud, and I think he will continue to show that. He is averaging 19 shots a game in his last three outings, and that should produce great DFS value. At $6,400 I will roll with him against the Cavs. I will also be playing his teammates DeAndre Jordan at $5,800 and Mario Hezonja at $4,000. The Cavs shoot a 44% from the field, which ranks 28th in the NBA, and Jordan is one of the league’s best rebounders averaging 13.6 per-game, giving him tons of opportunity for boards.. Hezonja is purely a bargain choice, since he starts and has scored 20+ DK points in his last 3 games.
My second stack will be a mini one. I have two Clippers against the Wolves. Lou Williams at $6,800 and Danilo Gallinari at $6,000. To be honest…these two guys have been pretty inconsistent…but with Tobias Harris gone, the Clips have to look for scoring somewhere, and why not with these two?!?! The over/under for this game is at 231 and I am hoping for 30+ DK points from both guys.
That’s it folks. Heed my advice and go with these guys at least. Blake Griffin is in my lineup as well at $9,000, but I think you can go many directions tonight. If you really want Giannis (who will be chalky), the NY/CLE game will produce a lot of cheap value. Check us out at @thesportschief on Twitter and on Instagram.
