NBA DraftKings Tips for 2/27/19
Looking back on Monday’s article…the night did not end the way I expected. Malik Monk generated zero fantasy value, and Dario Saric did not perform, but Wednesday is a new day! I will not be going with either players tonight, as we are going with some other players in the 11-game slate set before us. The Sports Chief will feed you some great values and hey…maybe it will help you win some cash.
While creating my lineup, I did something a little different. Instead of looking for the best player, I tried to pick my “mid-pack” guys and go from there. If I have money left over, then I can decipher what my salary dictates. Anyways…enough of that dilly-dally…let’s cut to the chase. Lauri Markkanen will be my highest priced option tonight. He is $8,600 and going against the Memphis Grizzlies. I have said this before, but Markkanen has to be one of my favorite picks every night. It is hard not to go with a guy who is averaging 52.7 DK points in his last three games.
Another game that intrigues me is the IND/DAL matchup. The over/under is not very high at 215.5, but there are some injuries on the Pacers side that make me want to choose some value. Domantas Sabonis is out, which I believe will create more opportunity for Myles Turner at $6,300. The sharp-shooting and shot-blocking big could easily tear apart the weak Mavs frontcourt. Since I will be going with Turner, I am going to pair him with Darren Collison at $6,100. Collinson is consistently getting 30+ DK points every night and that is honestly all I am looking for.
My bargain choice of the night is Joakim Noah at $4,800. The Bulls have Robin Lopez starting at Center, and Noah has been on a tear in his last three games, averaging 40.3 DK points. Jonas Valnciunas is bound to get 25+ minutes, which leaves Noah with the same amount of court time.
