I couldn’t think of a better way to start your Memorial Day weekend than with this Mel Tillis classic. The 60th running of the Coca-Cola 600 will kick off on Sunday at Charlotte Motor Speedway, and there is no doubt in my mind that some of the greats in NASCAR enjoyed this song over that 60 year span.
