Song of the Day: Morning Thought
Happy Friday, August 2nd everyone! This is Austyn from The Sports Chief, coming back at ya with another great song to kickstart your weekend. Today’s song of the day, will be performed by the indie pop band Dale Earnhardt Jr Jr. Currently known as JR JR…the Detroit, MI based band was formed by Joshua Epstein and Daniel Zott. “Morning Thought” is a song that I remembered from being one of iTunes free single of the week back in 2011 (which is pretty crazy, being that I just happened to remember that…it’s amazing how our brain works), but it was also featured in a Taco Bell commercial that aired during a Detroit Tigers playoff run back in the day (the attached article from Taco Bell in the middle of recorded and live versions). Not only did it get the attention of Taco Bell…it was also on Sims 3 as well!
