Song of the Day: Higher Love

About a year ago I chose Steve Winwood’s “Back in the High Life Again” as song of the day and I figured it’s about time to feature him again. “Higher Love” is another great song of Winwood’s that was released in 1986 on the album Back in the High Life. It was also his first Billboard #1 hit, where it stayed at the top for one week. It’s a great song that really just puts you in a good mood, so I figured it was perfect for a Monday morning.
