Song of the Day: The Underdog

Happy Friday everyone! Today’s song of the day will be performed by Spoon. They are an Indie Rock band based out of Austin, Texas. For some reason, I thought they were out of England, as their accents seem similar, but what do I know?! The song, “The Underdog” was performed on Saturday Night Live in 2007 and made it to #26 on the US Alternative Songs Chart. I had heard this song a while back on one of my favorite sports radio shows. They pick NFL spreads on the segment that this is featured on and…maybe Tom Brady and the Bucs don’t have a fear of the underdog after last night? I hope you all have a great weekend!
