Adeste Fideles, also known as O Come, All Ye Faithful, by Frank Sinatra. The song was originally written in Latin thus the title, Adeste Fideles. Adeste Fideles is a Christmas song so old, that they’re not quite sure who the actual author is. The song has been attributed to multiple authors including King John IV of Portugal, John Francis Wade, John Reading, as well as some Cistercian monks. The first publication of the song came in 1751 by John Francis Wade and the original manuscript is housed by Stonyhurst College in Lancashire, England. Happy Christmas Eve, folks.
