Song of the Day: Just Dropped In (To See What Condition My Condition Was In)

You probably have already heard about the passing of Kenny Rogers a couple days ago, so today I wanted to honor him with Song of the Day today. Although mostly known for Country music, he was a versatile performer. Today’s Song of the Day comes from 1967 and it was with his group, The First Edition. “Just Dropped In” is a song about the dangers of LSD. Another fun fact, Glen Campbell played the lead guitar in this recording. This was the first big hit for The First Edition and it reached up to number 5 on the US Billboard Hot 100 charts.
