Song of the Day: Don't Stop

A newly released old song is our “song of the day” today. “Don’t Stop” is an Oasis demo that Noel Gallagher recently discovered while going through unmarked CDs. “As fate would have it I stumbled across an old demo which I thought had been lost forever. As far as I’m aware there is only one version of this tune out there from an Oasis soundcheck in Hong Kong about 15 years ago. I’m not sure whether the soundtrack version pre-dates the demo as there’s no date on the CD. I know some of you love this tune so we thought we’d put it out there for you to enjoy/argue over,” says Noel, the vocalist of this song. Like many people, I am a fan of Oasis and this song coming out of nowhere is awesome. I love the mellow sound of it and will probably listen to it over and over. I hope you enjoy it as well.
