In honor of Labor Day, today’s song of the day goes out to all of those who work for a living. Recorded by Huey Lewis and the News in 1981 and released in ‘82, this song was written by Huey Lewis during his time as a truck driver (before he became a musician), thinking about all of his past jobs. It peaked at #41 on the Billboard Hot 100. Thank you to all of you who work hard week in and week out and I hope you enjoy your Labor Day!
