Song of the Day: Brown Eyed Women
Brown Eyed Women by the Grateful Dead. From the band’s Europe 72 album which was a live album from a mixture of the band’s concerts on their tour in Europe of that year. This version of Brown Eyed Women is from their concert on April 14, 1972 in Copenhagen, Denmark. There’s actually not a studio version of Brown Eyed Women that was released by the band. Just a bunch of live versions. Which is wild to me considering it’s such a great song in my opinion. But at the same time, this particular performance of the song is sounds near perfect and could pass as a studio version.
