AEW Power Rankings: Week of October 2nd 2021

It’s been a while since my last AEW Rankings article and it is largely due to finding the right time to do it. Now that WWE and AEW’s weeks end at the same time, I was trying to decide when to put out each one. I guess better late than never, but the last month or so has been an incredible run for AEW. Rampage is in full swing and I honestly don’t watch Rampage on time, because it is on at a weird time and day, but I do go back and watch. This week marks the end of the 3rd quarter, so that means only one more quarter to go. I can’t believe that we’re this far into the year. So much has changed in the landscape of AEW and I think they’re in a wonderful spot to improve each week. We had a new champion crowned this week and it was a bit of a surprise how it went down. With that being said, here are my rankings for last week’s action.
