Song of the Day: Long as I Can See the Light

Good morning everyone! Today’s song of the day comes from the tremendous band Creedence Clearwater Revival and is titled, “Long as I Can See the Light.” I’ve always thought this song didn’t get enough love, but man I sure do love it. The soulful nature of it, along with John Fogerty’s emotional whaling makes this song an absolute gem. It was released in 1970 on CCR’s album Cosmo’s Factory. An interesting fact about this song is that it was never played live by CCR, but after Fogerty went out on his own, he’s played it at basically every concert. Hope everyone has a nice day!
