Post-Week 1 NFL Power Ranking
Week one of the NFL season has finally come and gone, and what a week one it was. Last night’s thrilling OT win from the Raiders over the Ravens was a perfect end to a very exciting slate of games. We were also able to see another OT game, in which the Bengals narrowly escaped the Vikings, a few big surprises like Green Bay and Tennessee getting handled easily, and top teams like Tampa Bay and Kansas City barely able to escape defeat. It was a great way to start the new season and hopefully week 2 will bring much of the same excitement.
Based on the final scores, what I saw, and my general intuition for each team, here are my power rankings after week 1:
