Song of the Day: Pale Blue Eyes

Happy Monday morning to everyone! Today’s song of the day was inspired by a television commercial, though it didn’t even feature this song. When the commercial came on, I was trying to place the song because it sounded really similar to this one. But it turned out it was another song (I can’t remember the name). “Pale Blue Eyes” is a classic song from the 60s band from NYC, The Velvet Underground. It was written by singer/guitarist of the group Lou Reed and has been performed by many artists since. It has also been featured in several movies/tv shows, such as Adventureland, where I first became familiar with the song. By the way, Adventureland is a severely underrated movie, if ya haven’t seen it. Definitely check it out. And check this song out too!
