Song of the Day: I Can't Go For That (No Can Do)

Happy Friday and Happy Earth Day! For some reason…I am really digging some 80’s Hall & Oates today and that’s what you’re gonna get! Released in November of 1981, “I Can’t Go For That (No Can Do)” hit #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and many other charts as well. The way they ripped those synthesizers and vocals were just amazing. Apparently the song is about the music business and how artists felt really restricted at the time. Maybe since it is Earth Day, we can say the song stands for not polluting or littering the Earth…No Can Do. With the spring time air warming up, enjoy the Earth and have a great weekend!
