Song of the Day: Bad Moon Rising

The classic Bad Moon Rising by Creedence Clearwater Revival is today’s song of the day. What a wonderful band and a wonderful song. The upbeat tempo makes for a fun song to sing along with and jam to. When the band I’m in plays gigs, we like to kick it up a notch, or three, and play this song around 240 bpm. The crowds enjoy it and our triangleist Lebo can’t help but dance a jig similar to what Pappy O’Daniel does when the Soggy Bottom Boys play Man of Constant Sorrow near the end of Oh Brother Where Art Thou.
