Song of the Day: Angel From Montgomery (John Mayer Cover)

After singer John Prine died in April of 2020, I posted this lovely song of his. It’s one of many great songs he wrote in his life. It has been covered by numerous people, but I hadn’t heard John Mayer cover it until a few days ago. Mayer, who is one of my favorite artists, does a gorgeous job with this song, and as soon as I heard it the first time, it’s been on repeat quite a few times. The emotion he pours into it can be felt through the computer screen. Let me know what you think of it!
