Song of the Day: Big Bad John

Happy Friday everyone! On this chilly, full moon morning…I thought I’d share a classic with you all. Jimmy Dean…you may have heard of his breakfast sausage…but he was also an entertainer on top of being a successful businessman. His song, “Big Bad John” hit #1 on the billboard charts and won a Grammy for best Country & Western song in 1962. If you are a country music lover, you have probably heard this one before. It is a catchy tune and one that I have heard plenty of times in my life. With 2023 rolling like a freight train down the tracks I hope this adds some chill to your morning and enjoy the soothing, deep tones of Jimmy Dean and Big Bad John!
