Song of the Day: You Can Call Me Al

Happy Friday everyone! Let’s take it back to the 80’s for this one…Paul Simon and “You Can Call Me Al” is one that I just heard on The Office…well it was Andy Bernard’s accapella group that covered it, but it’s still pretty awesome. Andy has a scene where he does bass guitar effects and Pam kind of makes fun of him, but hey…Andy was a musical genius so it didn’t matter haha! Back to the song…Paul Simon came out with this in August in 1986 and believe it or not..it never hit #1 on any charts…#2 but not the top spot. Paul Simon has a lot of vocal moves in this one and it is sure to stick in your head today! Have a great weekend everyone!
