NBA DraftKings Tips for 2/4/19

Good evening everyone and Happy Monday! The Sports Chief is back at it with some free DFS tips. I will be participating in the usual cash-games and double-ups on DraftKings. The slate is rather short again for a Monday as there are only 6 games, but let’s get to it anyway.

My anchor choice of the night is DeMar DeRozan at $7,500. He is averaging 40.5DK points this season, and the Kings are not exactly the best defensive team in the league. With the Kings being ranked 26th in terms of points allowed, I want to pull the trigger here. Derrick White may be out for the Spurs as well, leading to “hopefully” more usage out of DeRozan. I debated pairing him with LaMarcus Aldridge at $8,000, but opted not to. 

The Atlanta Hawks will be squaring off against the Wizards tonight and this is my favorite game in terms of potential value. My highest priced player tonight is John Collins at $8,100. Collins will match up well against a smaller Wizards team, and it helps that he is coming off of a 61.5 DK point performance. On the Wizards side, I have Tomas Satoransky at $5,600 and Jeff Green at $4,900. Satoransky is a “do-it-all” Point Guard and has triple-double potential. Jeff Green is a sparkplug who comes off the bench and has taken 16 and 17 shots respectively in his last two outings. 

One guy who “I hope” will not be picked a lot tonight is Domantas Sabonis at $5,500. New Orleans is in shambles. With Davis, Randle, and Mirotic out, the Pacers frontcourt should wreak havoc on the Pelicans. Sabonis also averages 31.9 DK points, and if I can get him sub $6K…I will do that all-day long.
