I have been in some kind of a funk lately. This time of the year, it seems you have to monitor your lineup until tip-off because late scratches happen a lot towards the end of the season. DraftKings unfortunately locks their lineup as soon as the first game tips off, but tonight I feel like I am going very safe with my options. I will actually be playing in the NBA $400K Wednesday Shootaround tonight and implement a tourney strategy. I feel like I have some low-owned options in store.

Donovan Mitchell will once again be a favorite of mine. He is at $8,500 and even if Rubio is out, I like Mitchell against the Suns. Phoenix has surprisingly played well in their last few games, beating Milwaukee and Golden State. I am hoping Mitchell will put up 20+ shots and distribute the ball well. Stephen Curry was intriguing to me at $9,300, but the EV for both guys are pretty even.

John Collins matches up insanely well against the Grizzlies tonight. Jonas Valunciunas is well-known for terrible defense and Bruno Caboclo doesn’t stand a chance. The former Wake Forest product is priced at $7,600…and can produce $9K value to me. Do NOT overthink this one. Another guy who I like in this game is Avery Bradley at $4,800. The SG is averaging 30+ DK points in the last week and is priced low enough to be a great option.

Do not be surprised to see Caris LaVert blow up against the Thunder. LaVert anchors Brooklyn’s second unit and is off to a slow-start coming off of his injury. The Nets have been contending and blew-out the Pistons by 28 points in their last outing. Outside of Paul George, the perimeter defenders are weak for OKC.
