Song of the Day: I Can't Dance

It’s that day of the week again! It’s finally Friday and we take great pride in getting the song you need to hear to you going full-force into the weekend! Last week, I picked a song that happens to be a dance craze…well today I am going with, “I Can’t Dance” by Genesis. The single was released on December 31, 1991 and received a Grammy nomination. Apparently the riff to “I Can’t Dance” was inspired by a Levi Strauss commercial. I will attach the music video as well for some nostalgia. Phil Collins is a rock icon and legend, and if anyone can get you pumped up to be a weekend warrior…it would be Phil. Keep in mind…if you can’t dance…you can always rock out to Genesis and thank you for allowing The Sports Chief to start your Friday off right!
