I Stay Away by Alice in Chains. The 2nd single from the band’s 1994 EP Jar of Flies. The song would go on to chart in the top 10 on the Billboard Rock charts and would be nominated for a Grammy for Best Hard Rock Song the following year. While the song isn’t one of the band’s most well known songs, granted it’s still up there, the song has been included in pretty much every Best Of or Greatest Hits of Alice in Chains, and if you listen to rock stations then there’s no doubt you’ve heard it before.
