NASCAR Auto Club 400 DFS Preview

The next stop on the West Coast swing is Fontana, CA. Auto Club Speedway is a 2.0-mile track known for its multiple racing grooves and rough racing surface. This will be Jimmie Johnson’s last race at this track…and Auto Club has been very good to Jimmie. He recorded his 1st win here and has 6 in total. I don’t think Jimmie will be coming away with another one though…as I believe his teammate Alex Bowman has brought a bad fast car to the track. Last week, he made an incredible run to the front and his chance of victory was cut short by a caution with 6 to go. Lay all your money down (not literally) on “Bowman the Showman” at 20/1 to win. One question that we have to ask this week…Is Joe Gibbs Racing okay right now? All 4 drivers are starting 17th and worse…and Truex failed inspection so much that NASCAR did not even allow him to qualify.
