Sweet Baby James by James Taylor. The lead song and title track from James Taylor’s second studio album released in February of 1970, Sweet Baby James. The song itself, although a classic and one of James Taylor’s more popular songs today, didn’t chart when originally released. But the album itself was a huge hit peaking at #3 on the US Billboard and being nominated by the Grammy’s for album of the year. The album even made Rolling Stone’s list of Top 500 albums of all time coming in at #104. It’s almost impossible to listen to James Taylor’s music and not be put in a good mood.
