Song of the Day: Night Moves
Night Moves by Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band. Released in October of 1976, on Bob Seger’s 9th album and the first album which featured The Silver Bullet Band. The album shared the same title, Night Moves. The album also featured hit songs “Mainstreet” and “Rock and Roll Never Forgets”. Night Moves would go on to chart as high as #4 on the billboard 100. One thing I never would’ve guessed is that his 9th studio album album came out in 1976. His first album came out in 1969 so he was putting out just over 1 album per year for at least an 8 yr stretch. That’s impressive for any musician.
