Song of the Day: Of Wolf and Man

Happy Friday everyone! Today’s song of the day is by Metallica entitled, “Of Wolf and Man”. Today just seemed like a good hard rock day. With the possibility of snow in the southeast…I hope you enjoy this Metallica classic off of their album, Metallica: The Black Album. Also, like a lot of my song of the day choices…I have to feature a live version…and there aren’t many better live performers out there than Metallica. I think the song is about a werewolf maybe and maybe the meaning of life. One fun fact about Metallica…Kirk Hammett (Lead Guitar) of Metallica went to High School with Primus’ very own Les Claypool. Les actually auditioned for Metallica in the 80’s, but was beaten out by Jason Newsted. Metallica’s James Hetfield mentioned that Les was honestly too good to be with them…pretty good praise from possibly the most popular rock band ever.
