Song of the Day: Wild Blue

Wild Blue by John Mayer. When Mayer isn’t touring with Dead & Company, he still has his solo career, which is also very successful. Wild Blue is from his latest album, Sob Rock, which was released back in July. As you probably get the vibe from this song, but the entire Sob Rock album is heavily influenced by 80’s music. During the pandemic, Mayer came up with the idea to produce this album and pay homage to the music he heard growing up in the 80s.
